Meet Jemima
Jemima is a highly skilled digital health leader, clinician, and strategist with over a decade of experience spanning the NHS and private sector. With a background as a specialist MSK physiotherapist, she brings a unique frontline perspective to the design and delivery of innovative, patient-centred solutions. Her work bridges clinical practice and system-level transformation, with a strong focus on improving outcomes, streamlining services, and embedding digital technologies in meaningful ways.
Jemima has led complex projects across health systems, supporting organisations to navigate change, adopt digital tools, and create services that are equitable, efficient, and future-ready. Passionate about inclusion, she champions diverse leadership and works to address health inequalities—particularly those affecting Black women and Black communities.
Through strategic consultancy, thought leadership, and mentorship, she helps early-career professionals and clinicians find their path in digital health. Jemima’s work is grounded in purpose, powered by people, and driven by a vision for more inclusive, digitally enabled healthcare systems.

Digital Health Strategy & Clinical Insight
With a foundation in frontline clinical practice and a proven track record in digital health transformation, I offer strategic guidance rooted in real-world experience. I’ve worked across NHS and private sector settings, contributing to major transformation initiatives and advising on the effective integration of digital tools. As a member of a national Digital Clinical Advisory Group, I help shape policy and practice by ensuring digital innovations are clinically sound, equitable, and patient-centred.
Health Equity & Inclusion Consulting
A passionate advocate for more inclusive health systems, I provide strategic insight into embedding equity in digital health and system redesign. I serve on a National Health Leaders Forum focused on tackling health inequalities, with a particular emphasis on improving outcomes for Black communities and underrepresented groups. My work bridges data, lived experience, and system change to support organisations in building fairer, more responsive services.
Keynote Speaking & Thought Leadership
As a speaker and panellist, I share informed, engaging perspectives on digital health, inclusive leadership, and clinical innovation. I’ve spoken on femtech and representation with Black Girls in Tech and Aranini, contributed to panels at the Digital Health Summer School, and shared insights on AHP leadership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I speak with clarity, credibility and purpose-led storytelling.
Mentorship for Emerging Digital Health Leaders
I offer mentorship and coaching to early-career professionals and clinicians looking to pivot into digital health or grow in health innovation roles. My experience includes mentoring through the Shuri Network, the HEE Global Health Fellowship, and wider cross-sector programmes. I also support individuals across the UK and internationally to build confidence, navigate transitions, and lead with purpose.
